How it fits your workflow

Slots into the way you already work — inquiry, showing, follow-up.

Listing Pass does not replace your existing process. You take the inquiry, qualify the buyer, and run the showing or open house the way you always have — your portal, your CRM, your representation agreement. Listing Pass keeps the property, your contact, the next open house, and price changes on the buyer's phone after they walk out.

01

Inquiry comes in

From Zillow, Realtor.com, Idealista, Immobiliare.it, Spitogatos, your site, email, phone — or in person at an open house.

02

Qualify the buyer

Use your existing flow: pre-approval letter, buyer-rep agreement, or your CRM intake. The pass isn't your paperwork.

03

Save the listing to wallet

The buyer keeps the property, price, open houses, your contact, and the next step directly on their phone.

Use cases

For buyers you already met.

The strongest use is not the anonymous yard-sign scan. It's the buyer who already inquired, walked through the open house, or asked for the floor plan. Instead of sending another PDF, you send a wallet pass that stays current.

01 · Email

After the email inquiry

Don't send just a PDF. Send a wallet pass with price, next open house, floor plan, contact, and a one-tap question button.

02 · Portal reply

After the Zillow or Idealista inquiry

After your normal qualification flow, send the wallet link. The buyer won't miss a price drop or a new open house.

03 · Open house

At the open house or private showing

Show the QR on a tabletop card or on your phone. The buyer saves the listing, your contact, and the next step before they leave.

Before and after first contact

Public as teaser. Personal as full listing pass.

Two pass types for two moments in the sale. You control who sees which — and when.

Teaser pass — limited property info with a See-Full-Listing CTA
Public teaser pass

For yard signs, shop windows, flyers, and social posts.

Shows limited property info, agent brand, the next open house, and the CTA “See full listing”.

  • Key facts without the full address
  • Agent brand and next open house visible
  • CTA enters your existing inquiry flow

Personal listing pass — full info and live updates
Personal listing pass

For buyers after the inquiry, the showing, or the pre-approval letter.

Full information, price changes, documents, open houses, and direct contact options.

  • Full address, price, floor plan, documents
  • Buyer status tracked per inquiry
  • Wallet pushes for price, open house, next step

Today vs. with Listing Pass

A PDF gets forgotten. A portal notice gets lost. A wallet pass stays visible.

Most buyers don't decide at first contact. They inquire, get documents, walk through the open house — and keep comparing. Listing Pass keeps the property, your contact, and the next step on the buyer's phone, even when the email has long disappeared in the inbox.

Today: PDF or portal link
  • PDF opened once, then forgotten
  • Price drop only reaches active searchers on the portal
  • Next open house has to be emailed again
  • Agent contact disappears in the inbox
With Listing Pass: a live wallet pass
  • Property stays saved on the home screen
  • Price drops appear on the lock screen
  • New open houses and next steps stay visible
  • Your contact stays within reach for the buyer
Notifications

Price drop, new open house, reminder — straight to wallet.

You write the message and choose the timing. The pass stays current without sending a new PDF or hoping for portal notifications.

Privacy and buyer data

Built privacy-friendly. Slots into your existing process.

Listing Pass is built with data minimisation: no unnecessary buyer identity, EU and US data residency, and clear consent for wallet notifications. Linking known buyers happens inside your existing intake, qualification, and representation flow.

  • No unnecessary data collection
  • EU and US data residency
  • Wallet-native pushes with clear consent
  • Buyer status and source documented
Buyer status per inquiry

Listing Pass does not replace your representation agreement.

It supports tracking which buyer received which listing pass — including source, timestamp, qualification state, and whether the buyer is represented.

Review of your representation, commission, and disclosure language remains with your brokerage or legal advisor.

FAQ

Common questions.

Do buyers need to install an app?+
No. The pass works with Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. The buyer opens the link or scans the QR and saves the listing in a few taps.
Does Listing Pass work with Zillow, Realtor.com, Idealista, Immobiliare.it, Spitogatos, and Rightmove?+
Yes. Drop the wallet link into emails, portal replies, CRM templates, or personal messages. Listing Pass doesn't replace those channels — it keeps the listing visible on the buyer's phone afterwards.
Does Listing Pass work with the MLS?+
Listing Pass is not an IDX or MLS feed. You generate the wallet pass in our dashboard once per listing and drop the link wherever buyers find you — your MLS-fed website, Zillow, your CRM, a yard-sign QR, or an open-house tabletop card. We're scoping deeper MLS imports with founding US agencies.
Which languages and currencies does the pass support?+
Passes render in the buyer's phone language: English, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Greek, German, French. Prices can show in the listing currency and, optionally, the buyer's home currency — for example €625,000 with “~$680,000” for US buyers on a Lisbon listing.
Does it work for open houses?+
Yes — that's one of the strongest use cases in the US. Use a tabletop QR card at the entrance. Buyers save the listing in seconds, your dashboard logs the open-house session, and price changes or new showings push to every saved pass afterwards.
What about shop-window displays in Spain, Italy, Portugal, and Greece?+
Print a landscape pass card with the listing QR and tape it inside the window like you would a printed listing. Walk-by buyers scan with their phone — even outside opening hours — and you reach them again when the price changes.
Does Listing Pass replace my representation or buyer-rep agreement?+
No. Listing Pass does not replace any agreement between you and the seller, the buyer, or the buyer's agent. It tracks which buyer received which listing pass — source, timestamp, and qualification state — so you have a clear audit trail. The paperwork stays with you.
What data do I see as the agent?+
For public passes you see anonymous buyer signals such as scan, save, open, and CTA tap. For known buyers you can link an email, CRM contact, or portal lead to a personal pass.
What happens after the sale closes?+
You can switch the listing pass to agent-contact mode. Your brokerage stays in the buyer's wallet with your contact, similar listings, or a valuation CTA — turning a closed sale into long-term retention.
iPhone and Android both?+
Yes. The same link or QR code generates an Apple Wallet pass or a Google Wallet pass depending on the device. The buyer just taps.
Is it GDPR and CCPA friendly?+
Listing Pass is built with data minimisation, granular consent on wallet pushes, and regional data residency in the EU and the US. Before launch we'll walk you through data processing, the data-processing agreement (for EU customers), and CCPA-aware controls (for California). Review of your privacy language remains with your office or legal advisor.
Where does the data live?+
EU customers are hosted in the EU. US customers are hosted in the US. On request we'll walk through data processing and the technical setup before launch.
What counts as an active listing?+
A listing is active while it's live on your site, your portal, or your shop window. Mark it sold, withdrawn, or paused in the dashboard and it stops counting against your plan from the next cycle. Buyers who saved the pass keep it, and you can switch it to agent-contact mode for free.
Solo or Office — which plan should I pick?+
Pick based on how many listings you run at once. Solo fits independent agents and small teams with up to 6 active listings. Office is for agencies with up to 25 active listings and adds per-agent attribution, a shared agency brand, and buyer status per inquiry. Both plans let you add your whole team — the difference is the listing cap, not the seat count.
Can you integrate with my listing platform or CRM?+
We work with offices to integrate their stack case-by-case. Tell us what you use (MLS feed, Zillow, Realtor.com, Idealista, Immobiliare.it, Spitogatos, Rightmove, Salesforce, HubSpot, an in-house tool) and we'll scope an import together.
More than 25 active listings?+
Past 25 active listings we'll quote a custom price tailored to your office. Talk to us if you run a portfolio at that size — we'll work out a contract with you.
How long does setup take?+
Ten minutes for your first listing. Five for the next.
